GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cal Mestre Casa Rural 

Check in check out 

Check-in *me is from 4 pm. The official check-out *me is un*l 12 noon. 

Credit cards 

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Euro/MasterCard and Visa. All data received is stored  encrypted and deleted aIer your departure. For a reserva*on we ask for your credit card details and we pre authorize € 1, -, which will be seNled with your invoice upon departure. Once the credit card has been verified,  we will let you know that the reserva*on is final. Your reserva*on is not final without wriNen confirma*on from  Cal-Mestre. 

Cancella1on, changes, complaints and no-show 

You can cancel or change your reserva*on (if possible) 7 days before arrival. If your cancella*on is late or if you  do not show up, an amount up to the amount of the en*re stay will be charged to the credit card received by  us. Cancella*on or amendment must be made in wri*ng and must be dated. The client cannot derive any rights  from a verbal cancella*on. The date and *me on which the wriNen confirma*on is received is the final date and  *me of cancella*on. If there are complaints about your stay, they must be reported in wri*ng before your  departure via 2book@cal-mestre.com. No refund of payment or part of it is possible without wriNen  no*fica*on. If a room or apartment is not available due to unforeseen circumstances or technical failure, we  will offer a comparable accommoda*on near our hotel. We will only reimburse the difference between the  agreed price per room/apartment per night and no other costs such as dinner, breakfast and transport. It is not  possible to cancel the remainder of the stay, aIer a possible overnight stay in another accommoda*on, free of  charge. 

Children 

We accept children 12 years and older. 

Pets 

We only allow dogs. Dog rules apply. Small/medium dogs €7.50 and large(er) dogs €12.50 (>15kg). Dogs are not  allowed in the pool area or in the garden. Dogs may only be walked outside our hotel. Dogs can only be taken  with you aIer wriNen permission. There is a maximum of two small/medium dogs per room or 1 large dog. 

Internet/Wi-Fi 

Free high-speed high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas and by the pool. 

Minimum age 

The minimum age to book a room is 18 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or  older. 

Smoking/drugs 

Spanish law prohibits smoking in all areas of the hotel, including all rooms. The possession and/or use of any  kind of drugs is strictly prohibited in the hotel. In case of viola*on, the hotel is en*tled to charge a cleaning fee  of € 250 and to cancel the rest of the stay without refund. Smoking is allowed in the designated area, outside  near the bench. 

Damage to hotel 

Any damage to rooms or the hotel grounds caused by you or your party and/or dogs during the stay and  missing items on your departure will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Tourist tax/VAT 

The rates include service costs but exclude tourist tax of € 0.60 per person per night. 10% VAT is included in our  room rates.
